You most likely can finish this time honored saying: FLOCK TOGETHER!
This applies both POSITIVELY and NEGATIVELY.
Let’s start with the NEGATIVE and I am going to give you an example from own experience.
Remember in the last post we talked about BSers. Well a friend, who is the poster child for USA BSer as I have come to find out, recommended me to help market this resort you may remember I have been working on selling since before Christmas. It belongs to his long time going back to the teens friend.
I should have realized that if my other friend is the poster child for USA BSer, then there is a better than 90% chance he is one too! Sure enough he kept putting off about paying me for the work I have done trying to get his place even SELLABLE! I am an EXPERT at doing this as I know what potential clients want! He and his partner have NO clue how to market and sell this business! (BTW he has FINALLY paid me!)
Now for the POSITIVE angle. Are you aware that your INCOME is determined by the FIVE people you associate with the majority of the time? This is NO BS as numerous well known self help gurus say it all the time.
So in my case if I want to be a DECAMILLIONAIRE I have to associate with DECAMILLIONAIRES OR MORE! Several of my clients/friends qualify.
So FLOCK with EAGLES not TURKEYS!

I am sick and tired of dealing with the BS artists both on a personal and business level! America especially has become a Nation of BSers! Politicians do it. Companies do it. Advertisers do it. The news media does it. Clients do it. Ministers and rabbis do it. Friends and family do it.
My parents taught me to WALK MY TALK and that HONESTY on ALL levels was the MOST important trait you could possess! It was way more important than MONEY!
My grandfather was a MILLIONAIRE builder in the 20s before The Depression, when he lost it all. My Mom said her Dad would make MILLION DOLLAR handshakes with clients and EVERYONE kept their part of the deal!
Today if you are STUPID enough (like I have been in the past) to believe that a HANDSHAKE is still a sign of HONESTY then you deserve what happens to you and me!
Before you do ANYTHING for a client get a LEGAL CONTRACT! I use Legal Shield previously known as Prepaid Legal. No I am NOT a marketer for it. If they do NOT want to sign it RUN as fast as you can from them!
Word to the WISE: walk YOUR talk but do NOT trust others to walk theirs! Also as my mentor, Donald Trump, says: SUE THE BASTARDS!
I am starting a YouTube series that will be called NOT WALKING THE TALK. Look for it. Follow my example and add your experiences with BSers and LIARS! I have to digress from sharing more of my new mentor THOREAU to again put in my two cents worth about this recent uproar about the 1%! To me it is about as newsworthy as under inflated footballs!
Evidently members of this new 99% Rise Up disrupted the Wednesday session of the US Supreme Court raving about the Court’s decision last year concerning how much businesses could contribute to campaigns.
So why not take this MISUSED energy and work to be NOT a part of the 99%?
I personally enjoy striving to reach the stratosphere of the 1%! I am sure in my wildest dreams I will never come close but it is FUN to play the GAME.
And regardless of what these raving SOCIALISTS think it is only a GAME! My mentor Donald Trump says we must NEVER forget it is just a GAME!
Why not become ENTREPRENEURS and raise money for their bleeding heart causes like ENTREPRENEURS 1%s Bill and Melinda Gates do! I commend Bill and Melinda and plan to checkout their new campaign mentioned at CNN last night – GLOBAL CITIZEN.

I had said that I was going to share more of my new hero and mentor HENRY DAVID THOREAU; however I must put in my two cents worth about Obama’s State of the Union message.
I guess we can now start calling Obama America’s new Robbin’ Hood. I like to think of it more Obama’s true SOCIALISTIC colors coming to roost in America!
He wants to GREATLY increase taxes on those earning $500,000 or more! Is he not aware that a MILLIONAIRE today is worth about $100,000 in 1960s dollars? In another words to be a 1960s MILLIONAIRE you have be a DECAMILLIONAIRE!
So $500,000 ain’t what it use to be!
If he and his SOCIALISTIC buddies think that HARDWORKING so called wealthy individuals are going to allow this to happen, he must be smoking what has admitted to smoking in the past!
It ain’t going to happen Robbin’ Hood Obama!

Just read an article on CNN saying by 2016 the richest 1% will own more than the other 99%.
This evidently accounts for 80 BILLIONAIRES and MULT-BILLIONAIRES.
So some person plans to raise holy hell about this at Davos next week. She wants these people to be STRIPPED of their wealth and give it to other 99%!
I don’t think so! It is about as stupid as some Democrat who wants the folks on Wall Street to ease the burden of the American MIDDLE CLASS!
Do not these bleeding LIBERALS realize that many of those in the RICHEST 1% are responsible for many of the other 99% having any way to bring in income to take care of their families? Certainly there are members of the RICHEST 1% that do NOT contribute to their fellow man but that is NOT for me to judge!
If MIDDLE CLASS Americans are still pursuing J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) mentality then so be it! I ain’t underwriting IDIOTS!
